We were gifted free passes to a local high ropes course business from a woman we met at the university. Normally we could not afford a place this like and the kids had such a fun time. It’s fun to trust God sometimes and know that He is a good Father and loves to bless His children. Just like we had a blast watching them, how much more did the Heavenly Father enjoy watching them have an amazing time! Here is something else we never do as a family, go to an arcade. We really tried to intentionally do things with the kids that we normally can’t do. It happened to be 10 degrees this day so we stuck to indoor activities!Here is one of my favorite pictures from the trip and what we’ve been missing living in Florida. A snowy day, stuck in a cabin with a treat and hot tea. It rarely snows where we were, and the chances were small that it was going to the time that we were there, and we were blessed that it did during the few days we stayed here at Big Cedar Lodge. (By the way, the only way we were able to stay in a place like this was sitting through a timeshare presentation through Bass Pro Shops)
